What to write about

• Corrections. If an entry describes something that has changed or was never true, say which hotel and what is wrong. A link to the property's own page is the fastest way to get it fixed.
• Suggestions. Hotels that belong in one of the four sections, particularly outside the usual handful. Tell us what makes it worth an entry rather than sending a press kit.
• Editorial and permissions. Questions about how something was written, or about reusing text from the site.

What we cannot help with

We do not take reservations, hold reservations, cancel reservations or have any access to a hotel's booking system. If your message is about a stay — a room, a date, a refund, a lost item — it needs to go to the property directly; we have no ability to act on it and no relationship with their front desk.

We also do not sell placement. Requests to add, promote or improve an entry in exchange for payment or a partnership will not be answered.

Reply times

The site is run by a small team, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections are dealt with first, because they are the ones that matter to other readers.
